Product Returns & Exchanges - Policy & Procedures
Human Art Design LLC offers a satisfaction guarantee. You may return any unopened product within 10 business days from the date of purchase for a full refund minus S&H. Any opened products can be returned within the 10 business days from purchase date with a 20% restocking fee plus S&H. We will exchange products only if the returned products are damaged in shipment or were incorrectly sent. To enable prompt and efficient processing of the product returns, all customers must obtain prior authorization from The Company before returning the product(s) by calling Human Art Design LLC Customer Service at 1-877-588-2532 and receiving an RMA {Return Merchandise Authorization}. This call to Customer Service must be made within 10 days from the delivery date of your shipment. Returned packages may not be accepted if the RMA number is not present and readable on the outside of the package. Once an RMA has been obtained, product(s) must be returned within 10 days or the RMA will be automatically cancelled and no refund or exchange will be allowed. In the event that the product(s) are returned to Human Art Design LLC due to an incorrect order pull made by Human Art Design LLC an exchange will be allowed upon return of reasonably sound, unopened, unaltered, re-sellable condition. Damaged and returned products will be replaced with the same or greater value products. However, when an exchange is not feasible, Human Art Design LLC reserves the right to issue our customers, Cash or Shopping Credits for the purchase price of the exchanged products.
